Return and Refund

  1. All our swivels products qualify for 14 days of business days return and full refund.
  2. All our other products qualify for 7 days of business return and refund.
  3. The shipping cost is not refundable.

Notice: the timer starts on the next day of the package delivered by the carrier, we will provide you with the prepaid return shipping label.

e.g. if FedEx/USPS shows your package delivered on Mar 2, 2021, the return timer will start on Mar 2, 2021, + X days where x is the product return days you try to return.

To qualify for a full refund, there are some rules customers need to satisfy:

  1. All wrap packaging should remain the same. (Open box is OK, as long as the customer do not throw it away)
  2. All parts that came with the product should remain the same quality and quantity. (We would not charge you for missing screws, as long as the customer have all major parts it should be fine)
  3. The customer return has arrived at our warehouse successfully. (We are not Amazon which means we cannot give the customer a refund while the product is on the way back to our warehouse)

Once the customer return satisfies all the above, then we will issue a full refund back to the customer's original payment account.

For return and refund please send us a  Product Return & Refund Request, AND provide your return request ID to our online support.

We will start the return process within 3 days of business(e.g. your return & refund request date + 3 days of business)
