How to Check Status of Order & Shipping


Option 1
        (if you already know your ORDER ID)
  1. Please visit the URL, then replace the ORDER ID and SHIPPING ADDRESS ZIPCODE with yours.
  2. https://www.sprinterswivel.com/status/?orderid=xxx&zipcode=yyy
  3. Replace xxx with your ORDER ID and replace yyy with your SHIPPING ADDRESS ZIPCODE.

Option 2
        (if you do not know the ORDER ID)
  1. Please sign back to your user account.
  2. In the drop-down list click on "Order History".
  3. Locate the order id (order#) you are looking for.
  4. Click on the red button to review the details of your order.
  5. In the order details, you can see the current order "Status" along with your order tracking# under the "Comment" section if your order status marked as "shipped".
